Eat and drink in Langhe means to give a sense to your visit. We give an indication of the restaurants which we belive deserve more as value for money. Remember that the reputation of the restaurants/tavern and the goodness of eating are big tourist attraction, therefore the reservation is absolutely advised especially on Saturday night or in the holidays. The restaurants with fixed menu serve generally 4-5 appetizers, which are the highlight of piedmontese kitchen, then follow the first course, the second course and 2-3 dessert. To arrive at the end is not easy and must be control itself. Then there are the restaurants a la càrt in which you order what you want, but is said that you spend less. The prices are indicative. The wines are obviously a speech apart and the choice is wide and not easy.
