Home Rules

The room must be vacated before 12 p.m. of the departure day.

Breakfast can be served between 8 am and 10 am (to be agreed with the owner beforehand).

The continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. You have to fill the breakfast form and leave to the owner the night before. As specified you sign on what you want and the quantity. For some food (cheese, salami, eggs..) you’ll pay an extra on the departure day.

We kindly ask to walk up to the room using the own slippers or those at disposal in the reception at ground floor.

For any explanation or necessity (blankets, heating, Satellite TV, electric plugs, kitchen accessories phon, hairdryer, alarm clock, plastic bags, etc..) coutesely ask to the owners.

The keys consigned to the guests contain the main door key (black plastic top) and the key to the room. Guests are free and indipendent about time to respect.

The change of linen will be done every week, the towels will be done every 3 days.

It’s forbidden to smoke in the room. Please, you can smoke on the balcony or in the garden

Guests are invited to be as quiet as possible between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Don’t forget any personal items, before leave the room.

It’s available a free wireless internet connection using your laptop. When you detect the presence of the network “solerive” ask the access password to the owner.

Mobile phone, at and nearby the homestead, doesn’t work because of the signal, but it should be work nearby the cemetery (2,5 km). You can receive short personal call on the B&B phone. To make emergency call ask to the owner.

Lunch or dinner could be served by restaurants and inns in the sorrounding.

The final payment on departure day can be done only by cash. No check, no credit card.

Before the departure don’t forget to consign back the keys.

In the the reception hall you’ll found for free brochures and maps of Langhe and Piedmont A Guest book (Blu paper cover) is it at your disposal to leave any sign of your passage with personal impression about the holiday or your staying here. We don’t mind to accept your suggestions.

In the reception there is a fridge. In one part you’ll find drinks and wine on sale. Guests can be pick them and sign on the special form as extra to pay on departure day. Guests can use the fridge for personal food or for ice-pack. In the shelves of exibhitor you’ll find books,wines and local products. Please, ask to the owner for sale.
