Holiday House - Il Sole di Valletonda

since this year we have a beautiful LIgurian rustic stone, sea view, located in the heart
Cinque terre, that we will make available as a holiday house for our guests.
Access Path teal is 300 mt. The railway station of Corniglia is 3 km.

The house is on two levels with a large terraced garden planted with olive trees. On the ground floor the spacious living room with new equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, the lounge area with sofa bed and fireplace, a new bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs accessible by a wooden staircase we have two bedrooms, a shower room and study. The blue bedroom, sea view, with double bed and access to the terrace. The green bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds. In the study a computer to surf the internet via wi-fi and a sofa that if need converts into a bed.

Access is via a path of 100 mt. We have a private parking in the land adjacent to the road. The house has the heating and hot water via electric boiler.

The rent of the house is for a minimum stay of 7 days with arrival and departure on Saturday.

The price per week up to 4 persons starting from 700 €. It 'requires a deposit of 200 Euros.
